I don't know a lot of the details so I haven't really commented, but this sounds like it's is getting A LOT closer to legitimate False Claims Act territory. Some run of the mill staffer with access to enough dirt could make a good chunk of change if it's true that performance reviews were intentionally falsified to keep McKeever employed by the state.tequila4kapp said:
