I know it's been a bit of a roller coaster these past few weeks. It was not easy to stay positive and not lose heart with all the semi-informed voices on social media.

Appreciate the trust you showed in us and the upbeat energy you provided

Now, it's time for this community to seize the opportunity to ensure we're never in this situation again. Through the power and influence of our voices and our dollars, we can have an impact like never before.

Awesome, you the man BG! I appreciate the insight you provide, especially over the past roller coaster of a week.

This was the kick in the nuts that spurred me to make my first ever Cal Legends donation earlier today. This Bear is not ready to quit or die just quite yet. Let's rock the ACC.

Give early and often!!

Make sure to give to Cal Legends. This has to be a priority for all Cal supporters.

For other tax deductible donations, donate to UC Berkeley Foundation....specifically Cal Athletics Fund (F0520), Friends of Cal Football (F0524), Cal Football Coaches Salary Fund (F0579).

If you've been sitting on the sideline, now is the time to start making an impact. If you have been giving, now is the time to dig a little deeper (a lot deeper)!

Turns out that you were the most reliable voice as the Cal faithful went through this three-ring circus filled with naysayers, rumor mongers on Twitter/X, and other assorted carnival barkers. Your progress updates were much appreciated. You never oversold Cal's position, which gave you a ton of credibility. Providing hope and cautious optimism while acknowledging risk is a balancing act, and you walked that tightrope extremely well. Thank YOU, BearGreg!
