Ours happened within two weeks of each other (with the CU OT win in between).

I do think the Cal-UW "lightning" game is a defining Pac12 After Dark game.

Their #9 game is the real #1.

That 60-59 game was insane.

Halliday threw for 730 yards and his team lost!
Trevor Davis had 2 kickoff returns for TDs in the 3rd quarter, only 3 minutes of game time apart, with one Wazzu TD drive sandwiched in between them.
There were more than 170 plays run in the game, and no turnovers.
Jared Goff with the shocked look on his face, yelling "Oh shtt!" over and over after Wazzu's kicker missed the short FG attempt on the last play.

And that's just scratching the surface of that game.

Dude takes a gratuitous shot at Gen Z then leaves out the game that started all the madness:

The Arizona Recap
Arizona quarterback Ortiz Jenkins dove over three Husky defenders from the three-yard line with four seconds remaining to give Arizona a 31-28 win at Husky Stadium. Jenkins drove the Wildcats 80 yards in 13 plays in 2:48 following a missed 19-yard Husky field goal attempt. Washington got on the scoreboard first when freshman tailback Willie Hurst sprinted 13 yards for a TD following a fumble on Arizona's first play. Hurst finished with 93 yards on 29 carries. After the team traded TDs, Arizona took a 21-14 lead on Trung Candidate's 37-yard run. UW closed the margin to 21-20 at halftime on a one-yard run by Marques Tuiasosopo. He quarterbacked the Huskies in the second half following a shoulder pointer injury to UW starter Brock Huard late in the second quarter. Tuiasosopo completed seven of 14 passes for 77 yards and rushed for 70 yards on seven carries. UW took the lead 28-21 with 1:27 left in the third quarter on a 15-yard pass from Tuiasosopo to Chris Juergens. Arizona opened the fourth quarter with a 37-yard field goal by Mark McDonald to close the gap to 28-24. Jenkins and UA starting quarterback Keith Smith combinded to complete 19 of 33 passes for 257 yards and two scores. Marcus Bell keyed the Wildcat defense with 21 total tackles.

Notes From Arizona
The Arizona contest was only the third night game in Husky Stadium history ... Brock Huard (injured in second quarter) failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time in 12 games ... true freshmen running backs Willie Hurst and Braxton Cleman each scored their first touchdowns as Huskies ... Washington's offensive line did now allow a sack.

Isn't the Goff swearing clip from our game at Texas where they similarly missed a gimme kick that let us win?

It's from the Wazzu game. There's a clip posted to YouTube in which you can see Goff's reaction.
