Wilner FUD is at it again this time with a "courtroom attorney" who if he is an actual TRIAL ATTORNEY just made a huge mistake in thinking that by telling Jon Wilner a made up outcome with a made up number that he is exempted by 4.1-2
4.1 holds that the only exemption for false numbers is when they are uttered in the process of negotiation towards a deal.
