Someone transferred two game tickets to me which I was able to download into the Apple wallet. The parking pass listed did not seem to transfer. Do they mail that to me?

I am not sure the parking pass can be transferred. When I tried to list on Seat Geek, it said the ticket is ineligible to be sold. Is there a way to get around this?

How about taking a screen shot of the Parking Pass (which has a QR code) and texting the screenshot to whomever you trust enough to only use it when you give them permission:

"A clear image should work. The QR code is a 2-dimensional barcode consisting of tall black and white stripes that are read by an imaging device such as a camera or scanner. Any standard camera will be able to make room for this. Unless the QR code is too blurry to read, a screenshot will work."

*Unless they did something tricky to the Parking Pass QR code to prevent this.

I think the guy told me parking passes are electronic now

You can do a screenshot or print and see if that works. I think that it probably will since they should be able to scan the QR code on the parking pass.

Yes, I know, but instead of showing the parking lot attendant the Parking Pass in your iPhone Wallet app to scan you would have the screenshot open from your iPhone camera roll and have him scan that.

so how does this work when you arrive earlier than they have parking attendants?

I go really early on game days and park in underhill

Two things:
1. This isn't a Q & A going on here. I'm trying to do a brother a solid; and
2. If you arrive before the parking lot attendant gets there, your vehicle will get towed. Look at it as God's way of telling you that you are too anal retentive.

I've parked in Genetics for football and hoops for years. many, many times I've arrived to no attendant at various times. Never been towed.

NO electronic. Should have a resolution soon.

TheATO sent me a pdf to print. Btw, I have gone hours early for 25 years with no towing, especially for Alumni Band Day

Looks like the issue I raised about needing to trust the person you text a photo of your Parking Pass to (with QR Code) is a non issue.
I was reviewing all my tickets in the Cal app and there is a new parking pass for each game.

What is annoying is I cannot use the SeatGeek option to sell my parking pass, but I can for the game tickets.

At least in the club section, they sent a late email around and it shows you how to set up an account on CalBears.com and load your tickets thereon. You can then manage the tickets and transfer them to third parties. Admittedly, several steps involved. Ties to the Cal app. Hope this helps more than confuses.

This did not work last week but now it does, so maybe something changed on the back end. From the Cal app, I was able to access my tickets and parking pass per game. Clicked on the parking pass (ex for 8/31 Davis) and there is an option button to select to Sell On Seat Geek. I do have the Seat Geek app but it auto opens a browser on your phone, so I recommend logging in to Seat Geek on Safari in advance and working there vs the Seat Geek app. It loaded the parking pass onto my Seat Geek "my tickets" ledger (along with my Oakland Roots tickets), where there is a "sell" button that let's you set price and post. I think they take 10%.

yes, me raising cane, and then JK raising cane. Sorry about the southern phrase, but I'm practicing, since I'm spending most of September watching college football in the deep southeast.

On the Cal app when I select SeatGeek, it shows there are 0/0 parking passes to sell. When I select Davis parking, it states "One or more tickets listed is on SeatGeek, or is is ineligible to be sold." My parking pass is not listed on SeatGeek, so it must be ineligible. I can select the game tickets to sell without any problem. I have an Android phone and use Chrome, not Safari. If the SeatGeek option in the Cal app does not allow me to select a parking pass, I don't see how accessing SeatGeek on the web would help.

Thanks

I looked at the transfer ticket protocol in the Cal app and it looks like the parking pass gets transferred with the tickets or at least can be.
I have no knowledge of the sales protocol.

I will use this as Plan B, if I cannot list my parking pass directly for sale on SeatGeek.
