looked like a sprained ankle to me, and not a terrible one

when you have a bad sprained ankle you can't even walk

So annoying to run and cut on them and can linger. Hopefully he gets some pool work done for the week, ride the bike and try to let it heal.

I think it would be foolish to play him against Auburn. That game is a lost cause (they just beat their cupcake team the way you are supposed to beat a cupcake team 77-3).

Ott ran his mouth ahead of last year's game and got injured by a huge hit last year. They are going to remember what he said and will look to put the hurt on him in Auburn.

Just rest him for a couple weeks.

Any word on Callaway?

The Auburn fans made it a bigger deal. Ott was just being honest.

How about he gets evaluated and, if he can play (w/o higher than average risk) he plays... if he can't, he doesn't. What I'm saying is, we have professionals that work with these guys and can make the determination, whereas we fans are going by what we saw from the stands, or on TV (and the staff won't be telling us jack squat about his injury).

that's a little more worrisome than my guess of a sprained ankle ...

by the way, those new Nike uniforms with #1 on them are sweet ... I'm going to buy my first football jersey in honor of Ott!

I'll save everyone some time and worry. He is going to be day to day with a lower body injury.
