I love how they brag about that as if that's a positive. Sorry, I like living in a place that where there is a bit more to life. I'll take a little more sparsely attended stadium in trade for that.Econ141 said:

The nice thing is we've never seen any irrationality in the Cal community after losses....falseintellect said:I love how they brag about that as if that's a positive. The dude should pay for your new TV and it should be a nice one.
Also, I'm assuming you meant to type an Auburn fan and not yourself.

I just smashed my TV in front of 30 guests at my party because of the game. My wife just took our crying kids and said they're all spending the week at a hotel. This team has ruined my life and my party. I can't handle this anymore. Goodbye Auburn. I am no longer a fan.

But does he like cold beer after a hard day's work and well-worn jeans at a honky-tonk?01Bear said:oskidunker said:

If his pickup truck flipped over and dog died, then he'd have the makings of a hit country music song.

No. Never.
That's because we EXPECT to lose.
I've been a diehard Auburn fan since 1967. My gay son and I were watching this game together as a father-son bonding experience after some admittedly rough years and instead it ended up with me puking my brains out in disgust and now my gay son is crying. Hugh Freeze needs to…

I read the Auburn fans game thread. Given how frustrating that game must have been for them, I thought they carried themselves admirably. We can learn something from their fan base. The unconditional support of those fans that filled their stadium today for a non conference opponent who they thought they would blow out. The noise that they made that contributed to a large number of pre-snap penalties for our team.
Did anyone else notice Fernando making reference to the use of the phrase "TypiCal" on social media. The players read the stuff we post. As a former Cal Band member, we would always say "remember who you are and what you represent'"
We are Cal. We had a great day today, and we can all still do better!
Go Bears! Beat the Aztecs!

On the first INT my wife told me her apple watch said to find a quiet environment and that the volume would cause hearing damage.
The kids and dog are still a little shook up.

lol. I was watching on a laptop at a school camping trip for my 5th grader. When Williams made the pick in the end zone I went bananas, then heard the announcer say there was a flag and went apes-it. She laughed so hard at me.

Well we are Call. And we just hired the most football:athletics positive chancellor in our lifetimes'. The team is 2-0 with a big road win over an SEC opponent, so let's pack Memorial and cheer for the team and show the recruits what kind of environment they could be playing in even if we have to tolerate a few lame promotions and some canned music
