I have no insider knowledge whatsoever, but I wonder if he might be eyeballing the UCF QB position? He went to HS in Georgia. UCF is bringing Scott Frost (who does have a Stanford connection) to be HC. I'm not 100% sure, but I think their starter for this year, K J Jefferson, is out of eligibility in 2025.

Grad transfer I hope. Guy can't play so he better have his Stanford degree.

He will struggle there, bad move

The way I could see it working for Auburn is if Daniels is QB2 behind a good QB1. Daniels comes in mostly to run the ball, and occasionally throw it when the defense overcompensates (spy, Cover 0 etc.).
