My daughter stayed over the Christmas Holiday a few days. She was binging The O.C. One of the characters got into Cal and they must of said "Berkeley"* a hundred times over the course of a few episodes. I think UCLA stood in for our campus.


*During my time at Cal, my buddies and I preferred "Berkeley" because it suggested long hair, drugs, rioting and all that other good stuff that triggered our parents' generation…… and which was the very reason us local Catholic school educated boys wanted to attend "Berkeley" in the first place.
