It is on the low side especially considering the Bay Area's cost of living. The defensive scheme is not changing and is determined by Wilcox who certainly has cred on the defensive side of the ball. I'm guessing we see someone who Wllcox knows, hopefully is a good recruiter, and may be taking a step-up from a position coach.BearoutEast67 said:
It looks like Sirmon earned $910,000 in base salary, talent fees and signing and/or retention bonuses in 2022, so I'm assuming he earned $ 1 mil + per year in 2023 and 2024. I'm not sure if that is competitive in today's market.
