What I'm trying to say is that it's *normal* for a rich, successful guy to marry a woman 15-45 years younger than them.

Hell, if I was in that position, I would do that.

But he's really into her, despite her only being 5 years younger than him. Which means it must be true love.

I agree 100% with that preference but that is not the comparison here, Tony was with her when she was 29 and before she was a mom. She is 55 now. She could be a grandmother. I am sure she would be better looking at 55 without the surgery, but we don't have that comparison (maybe AI could do it?) and I can guarantee you she would not look as good as she did at 29 which was the comparison made.

Agreed. There are many such examples. I think that gets at the issue better than comparing a 55 year old to her 29 year old self. Of course she looked better at 29 than at 55 surgery or not.

Moreover, IMO there are women that Sanchez looked better than at 29 that now look better than her at 55 because they did not have the ridiculous surgeries.

Bo Derek doing it right as well at 68.

Whether she would look better at 55 with or without surgery is a separate issue. I think the consensus here is we think she would almost definitely look better at 55 without the surgery, but we don't have that photo for comparison because it doesn't exist. The relevant comparison is 55 with surgery vs 55 without surgery, not 55 with surgery vs 29 without surgery.
