ESPN has assigned Dave Flemming and Brock Osweiler to broadcast our game Saturday evening. That's not very surprising. It could be worse.

I assume Flemming will be somewhat cowed into decency by Furd's performance in Hawaii.
Fleming admittedly comes with some Furd bias, but he knows how to do play by play well. Osweilier talks too much, but like what was said, it could be a lot worse. Let's hope Dave and Brock spend their time discussing how dominant Cal looks.
He sucks but better than the ACC Network clowns, and we're on ESPN, if the league had not folded this would be a PAC-12 Network matchup

The P12 lives. Just depleted some and brought some new teams in. I am probably one of the few who think Cal should have stayed in - but understand the circumstances we joined the ACC.
Bring back bottled beer and cigars at CMS. Should get us back in the Rose Bowl!

Would Cal's top recruits (including JKS) have wanted to commit to Cal if they were still part of the reconstituted P12, with no major TV or media deal in place and not much national exposure?

Flemming is fine. And no Rod Gilmore.

Brock isn't bad. He has dumb segments, but good observations from a recent qb as well
As I recall Flemming talked up the idea of Cal getting College GameDay to come out while calling the SDSU game last year. I don't think he's particularly biased against Cal. He's just a good play by play guy. Clearly ESPN likes to assign him to their west coast games.
I like Flemming, and Osweiler is decent too.
I also like Fleming. He's well prepared, and I really don't notice a 'furd bias when he does games outside of 'furd.
