Welp. Maybe Ron will explain how if we truly believe, Cal will grow wings and fly.

I'm guessing 2 plays then a turnover.
I hate me sometimes.
Goff was running for his life all 3 years he was in Berkeley, JKS might get the hang of it but he can also hit the portal and not have that problemDaveT said:
QB pressure has been the big difference. They've done a great job of it, we haven't.
Oh yea, and they catch the ball.
Our only real shot is making Rolovich the coachDaveT said:
Things can change, but no reason JKS would stay for another year of this right now. Poor protection, crappy receivers, no other weapons, possible coaching changes . . . . We may be able to find the money, but I'm not sure how we fix the other issues.

Yet again, one team made adjustments and the other did, well, whatever the **** Justin Wilcox is paid to do.
We made adjustments on only one side of the ball

We lose JKS because there is no talent around him. Our team speed is at a high school level.

JKS comes down to earth tonight. It happens and 6 sacks doesn't help.

u would think that wilcox would say lets go for it after stopping them 4th straight time with no gain and tron got a reception and its 4th and 4th. i get it. if we dont get that fourth down then its game over. but u gotta know your own team man. when is the last time your D came up with a stop a 5th series in a row
wilcox's stubornness on sticking with his conservatism and also his lack of ability to build an offense is maddening.

This is the third game where he's been down on earth.
SDSU started with drops and ended same as this.

I don't blame conservatism, because his problems are not that specific. I blame just being bad in general.
Just to think that 10 months ago, 98 yards with the boys was the whole differencepingpong2 said:
What we're seeing now is the consequence of us winning those meaningless games at the end of prior seasons. Short term dopamine hit that dooms us to futility in the future games that matter.

I've watched every season since 74-75. This is atrocious. We have elite talent like JKS and we can't cobble together enough talent to make him successful against mediocre talent. Makes me sad…

I wonder how Wilcox apologists are gonna lower the bar for this year. Perhaps '7-6 will represent a step in the right direction'?

Ron should fire JW after this game.
UCLA fired their HC recently and won against PSU today.
