I said this on another social media site, and I believe this to my heart...........JKS has his priorities straight. His spiritual and earthly makeup coincide perfectly with what he has been saying, and has said here.

I hope that whatever staff leads this team in the future, that they're able to get all the pieces needed to surround this young man with what he needs. We probably will never see another like him in Blue and Gold. The timing couldn't be better. And the time is now.

As for JKS.......Jeremiah 29:11 all the live long day!

He's going to be one of the greatest players to have come through Cal, and he wants to be here.

We need to get behind Jaron and everyone else and show our support. Let's fill up CMS like it used to be during the Tedford years and let's help Jaron help Cal become nationally prominent again.

By showing his commitment, it will attract other high level players to want to come to Cal to play with him, rather than the other way around.

I love JKS, just like I loved Mendoza while he was here.

The amazing thing about JKS is that we only have one receiver and he has to throw to him 15 times every game and still has success.

next ~2.5 seasons going to be really fun. if he's this good already with not a lot of talent around him, can't wait to actually get some players that will match his potential.

Doubtful, this is the wrong take. Fire wilcox but JKS is not like what you described.

Need to take one season at a time. College football is too volatile these days. Last time this season we all thought we would have an experienced offense with Fernando and Ott.

Ott was cleared medically from a very conservative medical staff and opted not to play week after week.

After the first week of camp every one has boo boo's. Everyone plays hurt to some extent. Too bad he either took bad advice from his handlers or just flat out didn't want to play, but it's sad the way it's played out for him with the Sooners this year. Obviously he has some terrific athletic skills.

De Jesus is turning out to be much better than Mathews.
Brady can only see the field at Indiana as a returner. De Jesus is an excellent returner as well.
But the fact remains that Cal starts two senior former walk ons at WR. They need an infusion of talent for sure. There are supposedly a lot of player agents calling to see if they can secure a portal spot for potential WRs. That would be great if it pans out.
