Tosh - Head Coach
Aaron Rodgers - Quarterbacks Coach
Marshawn Lynch - Running backs coach
Desean Jackson Wide receivers coach
Tony Gonzalez = Tight ends coach
Deltha O'Neal - Defensive backs

I don't remember any linemen
Sure its ridiculous, but crazy stuff that works begins with an idea.

Your choices?

All pledge just one year to help us out then they can all return to real life.

It has never occurred to me to have Cal's all-time best players (21st century version) populate the coaching staff. My "dream team" staff would be sensational coaches/recruiters picked by the new HC to form a highly effective, cohesive staff. If some are Cal guys, so much the better.

How many of your choices actually coached before? Sounds like a dream team on the field but not as a coaching staff.

Marshawn coaching would be...something

Marshawn recruiting would be something! And I'd think with all of his experience being coached, he'd be a great RB coach as well, IF that's what he wanted to do.

The "position coach" job for major college programs is a total grind. Hardly anybody who has made bank in the NFL wants to do it. So this would be a "dream team", not a "reality team". That said, Marshawn, DeSean and AR can really help in recruiting, if they want to, and we need to put them front and center!

Yep. They just honored him at a home game. He looked great and his highlights looked greater.

A great coaching staff is not just going to be a list of great former players.
