Listening to the postgame coverage now - had no idea Stefan McClure is (edit: was) coaching at SMU. He was a great Golden Bear!

Ah thanks for the info. Wikipedia shows him still coaching there and the SMU page is the first thing that comes up when you google his name so I assumed it was still current.

Interesting. On the broadcast it said he was there from 2018 (or 2019) to 2022. Can't remember exactly but I doubt he'd be hanging out with Laird leading up to the game if he was still coaching. I'm assuming he was gone once Dykes took the TCU job.
