I believe so. (Though I am not a regent my g pa was) I believe they need a consensus vote to address it and it can be raised during the meeting itself. I don't think it matters whether it's a regularly scheduled meeting or a special meeting such as this is.

I don't know if is my GPA or what but i have no idea what you guys are talking about. If i guess its a new head coach?

G pa was grandpa
And yes the regents are meeting tomorrow to discuss a private litigation matter separate from the coach situation. My guess is they approve it tomorrow since there's no way Lyons and Ron are going to try and raise this closer to winter break knowing the transfer portal will be open / nearly open at that time:

Not sure if the Regents committee meeting tomorrow can make the call. The announcement of the meeting reads:

Because the membership of the Advisory Group on Research and Programs Funding Legal Issues ("Advisory Group") includes five members of the Regents' Governance Committee, there exists the potential for having present a quorum of a Regents' Committee when the advisory committee meets.
