Rutgers, bc, Wisconsin and CAL

Tim,

Thank you for the information. When you do this, could you add a few words to enhance the information for those of us that are out of the loop? For instance:

Leonte Carroo of NJ, Scout's # 10 four star WR, is down to 4 schools, Wisconsin, Rutgers, BC and Cal

tim's had 1 or 2 other posts about the don bosco boys recently, so im guessing he thought most people knew what was up

anyway, for some more info lawofthebear, carroo is one of three Don Bosco Prep (powerhouse school), NJ players to be seriously considering Cal. the other two being Yuri Wright (CB) and Darius Hamilton (DE), all 3 being nationally ranked players.

of course, this isn't to say we have a great shot at landing them, but hey, there's legitimate interest.

Don't forget highlight clips from both their youth camps and junior high all the way through high school, where they expect to be in 5 years and their own perceived strengths and weaknesses. Thanks. :p

Who's to say we don't pull on the trifecta and all 3 Don Bosco Prep guys end up at Cal...if it could happen with the North Carolina contingent, why not the NJ boys?.... I wonder if Tosh is working on a 3 man package so they can all play together in college

This.... but I think he will still take visits and Bosco doesn't let their kids take in season officials so it will be late in the year when the weather in NJ will be dogsh1t and he will feel like he's in the Bahamas in Btown.

Given that he hasn't visited (to the best of my knowledge), I doubt he's commiting to Cal on 8/6. All signs point to Rutgers.

yeah, all im saying is that i doubt that he chose 3 random dummy schools to form his top 4. If he takes his visits then he may be swayed by the weather factor.

I couldn't find one thread on recruiting or Carroo on neither the Rivals or Scout message board for Rutgers....what the hell is up with that?....We need to make sure Carroo, Hamilton and Yuri know those guys don't give a crap about them even in their own backyard....and over here at Cal we are excited as all get out to have 'em....I say come to Cal where we appreciate you guys.... Scarlet Knights indeed...should be the Red Knaves....
