Colorado HC John Embree in an interview:
LOL, I didn't feel like Kevin Riley was Kevin Riley either for the two years he played behind a Steve Marshall-coached offensive line! Welcome to our house of horrors John.
In related news, Embree may turn out to be a great coach someday, I don't know. But as an opponent I continue to like the tone I see hims setting. He's too down on that first game. Fumbling the first snap from under center? Shoot, it was the first game for cryin' out loud. Zach drilled a Fresno State DB on his first live snap as a Bear, and Tedford shrugged it off and put him back out there. Embree is letting "adversity" get under his skin, and I think that might translate to his players getting real tight if things don't go their way. If the Bears get up early, this one could be over in the 1st half.
