I just got my quote too, thank you. It says that it takes up 3 to 4 biz days to get the email confirmation and instructions on how to claim the tickets. Did it take that many days for you all to get this email?

Also, my wife's friends said that we can stay with them in El Monte, which seems to be about 15 miles away from the Rose Bowl. Is there a bus or some type of shuttle from El Monte to the RB?

Yes, I filled it out on the 13th and it showed up today.

they let me fill out the form and it says I will receive a voucher in three or four days...........Does anyone who received the tickets know the location of the tickets? Cal section is usually sections 13-14.

You choose your own seats (at least when I went through ticketmaster).

That's funny. I got two free tickets to the 1999 Cal vs UCLA game by test driving a Jaguar at an L.A. dealership. Fun on both ends but I can say that in 1999 I was in no position to even look at a Jaguar dealership.

Just redeemed my voucher and paid the $6.45 to Ticketbastard for peace-of-mind and better seats.

Section 1 (with chair backs).

Costco selling worse seats for $54/pair.

I already have insurance with Mercury. I asked for a slightly different quote.

Also paid the $6.45, and got seats row 70 in Section 1.

I did quote Friday evening and am waiting for my e-mail on the tickets. I checked my spam folder too. Who is the e-mail from. I assumed it would be 4 calendar days. I hope it's not 4 business days. Is anyone else still waiting?

Top row, which sucks, but got seat backs, section 1 and no one in front of us, so getting in / out should be easy. Will pick-up locally. THANKS.

I received my redemption voucher today and redeemed the 2 tickets through Ticketmaster. I chose Sec 1L Row 58. There's at least 10 of us in this group, so will-call with "best available seats" is not gonna work for us.

BTW, my car insurance recently renewed, so I had the declaration page in front of me. Asked for apples-to-apples quote based on my current coverage, and Mercury came out a couple of hundred bucks higher for 6 months' coverage. Currently I have Allstate, which provides discount since my homeowners policy is also with them.

Well sort of, I got my notice from Mercury Insurance a short while ago. I opted for Section 15, Row 65 to be close to other Cal fans. There are no seat backs, but I am use to that from my seats at Memorial Stadium.

Just received my email with info for ticketmaster. Chose Section 15 to be close to Cal fans (usually in section 13 and 14). Paid my $6.45 to Ticketmaster for hard tickets. Checked stubhub and these tickets are listed at $54 each. Thanks for whoever posted this notice and GO BEARS!!!
