It means we're a slight favorite (home field already brings -3). If Keith Price is not good to go, defense will be ready to bring the heat.

Looks like the line opened a pick'em or UW -1. The early money is going on Washington pushing line to a -2.5/-3.

Price looked plenty mobile in the 1st half and then his knees started to act up in the 2nd half. He's got a strong arm too. Their offense has been more impressive than Cal's in the last 3 games.

on the other otherhand, Cal's pass defense is nothing to crow about....but all the line means to me is FG....and we all know what FG means with respect to Cal.....c'mon ST....
