i hope this kids lands with us as well, freddie tagaloa is really good i personally think can be 5 star, he moves extremely well for a kid of his stature, and is very powerful at the point of attack. i think he definitely has the tools to work himself into an nfl left tackle and theres no better place than to do that right here in Berkeley baby!!!!!

Man, someone woke up on the wrong side of bed today. If you follow Cal recruiting, you most likely know who he is, nickname or full name. Hard to miss a 6'8'', 300 lb kid from the bay area.

actually, I thought I threw it out there pretty nicely-I didn't make a personal attack, and the OP obviously has some personal connection with him, which is fine, but. Why are the chances increased that someone would know his nickname because he is a 6-8 300 O-lineman? Because Cal is desperate for them?

really? I didn't get that. If i call Bigelow "Bigs", does that mean i know him too?

I meant because he didn't attribute the info,i thought it was through a more personal connection-guess it could just be a source,so my bad.

No personal relationship with him just had heard him call that before and figured my fellow recruitheads would get it.

but we really need some top quality O linemen. If there is one thing that will make or break this program, and it's been breaking it recently, it is the quality of our offensive line. Right now, frankly, they aren't good enough to get us to the elite level. We need better players, better training and better coaching. Hopefully we addressed the later two with the coaching changes. Now we need to recruit some really good O linemen.

this is a definite "emperor has no clothes" comment, but it is so right on the mark. We all celebrate the highly ranked recruits Cal has gotten, but the classes haven't been highly ranked because of the o-line groups(but J. Rigsbee certainly wasn't chopped liver). Okay, 2 excuses-losing Siddoway and Ragland really set back where the line should have been, and last year, Cal signed other positions and getting the O-line was about this year. Okay, bring it on...(and that doesn't have to be tomorrow, I mean on that Wed. in February)...
