Come one, come all! Come put faces to names! It is my annual state of Oregon away game tailgate. 8th annual. Some of you have been before, let's make this one the biggest of all (hoping to approach triple digits). If you haven't been before, I'll fill you in... We'll have a bunch of food: My world famous flank steak, burgers, ribs, sausages, wings, beans, mac n cheese, and much more... Plus more beer, wine, and liquor than we can drink (and I drink a lot)... games, special guests, tent (depending on weather) and more! I usually bring the satellite dish to watch the other games, but the Thursday game kinda kills that. There will be a fair amount of Oregon fans, too, so you guys need to represent! I'll be set up close to the stadium and hope all you guys going to the game stop by. Let me know here or by PM if anyone is interested and I'll send details.

Not a bad idea. I was considering just bringing the flat screen and a dvd player to watch Cal/Oregon 1993 and 2007 on a loop.

It will be me plus two! Is there a fee or should we bring something??? The flat screen can't hurt, especially if you will be looping the 2007 or 2006 Oregon games! Plus, college football live will be on prior to the game which will no doubt pump us up!!! It's my first Oregon away game!

U should loop the highlights of the 2009 @Oregon game on a loop? Remember the one californiagoldenblogs did?

Tailgate update:

We will be set up in the Department of Youth Services lot (DYS/Serbu Center) on MLK Just north across the street from Autzen. Spot 033. I have a pearl Escalade and you'll see the Cal flag flying and hear the fight song. I'm going to pick up a special guest at the Eugene airport at 12:30, then headed to the lot. They say it opens 4 hours before the game, but we'll see. At worst, we'll be there at 2pm. The rest of the particulars can be found in the posts above. Let me know here or by pm if you plan to come by so I have an approx. count. We've never run out, though. Hope to meet you all. If you want any other info post here or through pm.

There is no cost, but if you feel inclined you can throw my wife a few bucks to help out. Don't feel obligated, it's my pleasure to do this for the community. Don't give it to me, though... I plan on being at least mostly intoxicated... Looking forward to meeting you.
