So the AD covered it up, bit I'd think that the grad assistant who witnessed the alleged sexual assault, or maybe even Joe Pa, has a moral, if not a legal, obligation to report it to more than just a higher up at the school. Sandusky wasn't a PSU football coach that that point, but the higher ups need to be held responsible for not investigating, lying, and of course keeping the freak around for seven more years to endanger countless other kids.

And in the grand scheme of things, consider this - Jim Tressel was absolutely rakes over the coals for not reporting tats to the NCAA. This is like 1 million times worse.

It gets worse as Penn State's President either 1) gets his advice from the Catholic church; or 2) lets his anus talk for him:

Here is the statement by the Grand Jury. Grand Jury's Recommendations.

It reads like a pedophiles How-To List:
1) Become a second tier professional in a realm that attracts young boys;
2) Start a foundation for troubled young boys who come from mostly single parent homes without an adult father figure;
3) Gain access to hundreds of young boys, many of whom are vulnerable due to their social situations;
4) Become a volunteer football coach at a school and demand carte blanche acces to your foundation's students;
5) Ply the 8-12 year old victims with attention along with gifts, travel, money, and sports tickets;
6) Invite the 8-12 year old victims over to your home for sleepovers, "the bedroom I built in the basement should do just fine", in order to break down barriers, judge the victims, and know how far you can take a victim;
7) Use the Penn State football locker rooms as your own personal man on boy play room.

There are 8 known victims, but probably more. The first known incident was in 1998 and nothing was done. Sandusky was the Defensive Coordinator for Penn State for nearly 30 years. He started his foundation in 1977. He liked to use the football facilities and shower rooms to both entice and molest 10-12 year old boys.

Sandusky was forced to resign in 1999 but was still allowed full acess to the football facilities and allowed to maintain an office on campus. This man was witnessed anally raping a 10-12 year old boy in the shower room and the administration sat quiet on the information. It was later recalled by the AD and upper level admins as innappropriate "horseplay." In another instance a temporary janitor viewed Sandusky orally copulating a young boy in the shower room. The janitor, after reporting it to his superiors and questioning whether it may affect his future job security, stated that he had served in Korea and had seen kids with their guts all blown out, but what he saw Sandusky do is something he will never ever forget.

I would never allow my child to attend Penn State.

This dude was a Creep that could be seen from a mile away. For that, the Penn State AD and VP should do time, and the University President and Joe Pa should be fired.
