Georgia scores a FG first, kicks an on-side kick and recovers the ball!

The **** eating look on Les Miles- priceless!

This is going to be a great game.

SoCalBear323;643136 said:

I'm rooting for the Dawgs. Anything to not see a Bama/LSU championship.

you'll still see it.... and people will be pissed.
What amazes me is how candidly the progs suggest that nothing barring a blowout loss would eliminate LSU from the BCS championship game. Are you kidding me? TWO teams from the same conference, neither of whom actually won the conference, get to play in the effing national championship? It's sickening.
Am I the only one wondering how jordan jefferson's alleged curb stomping of a marine in a bar brawl has been pushed aside? I mean did he actually not kick the dude in the head while he was on the ground, or did the Baton Rouge justice system not want to ruin a NC run?

When I first saw the TD, I didn't think Mathieu crossed the plane before throwing the ball to the Ref. SEC replay officials!!

calgldnbear;643233 said:

Can you imagine how much crap would be spoken on these boards if Cal played like LSU in the first half???!

....or if our receivers dropped all those passes like Georgia did early on....all we'd hear is how the Pac 12 was soft......well, I think LSU has no excuse for their pi$$ poor play and should be penalized accordingly......of course Georgia is so phucking inept, they can't take advantage of a million opportunities... nice showing for those loudmouths...

CalBearsWinNC;643164 said:

I do not believe Boise would beat Georgia now. And I say that as a detractor of non-AQ conferences.

They are just terrible offenses going up against great defenses.

ShajMaster12;643216 said:

This. When I first saw the TD, I didn't think Mathieu crossed the plane before throwing the ball to the Ref. SEC replay officials!!

Interesting - after the half CBS got some info from the replay officials - sounded like they would have negated the TD if they had time to look... but it would likely have been an illegal forward pass and not a fumble. So LSU would have been penalized from the 1, but not lose possession.
LSU best team in the country? If so we need to quit playing college football. They are lucky they were not down 21 to 0 at the half. No 1st downs and only 12 yards of offense. They do not deserve to Play in the BCS title game, and no one should vote them in the top ten.

drunkoski;643251 said:

Someone tell me why luck deserves the heisman over Mathieu?

He got suspended for failing a drug test. That good enough of a reason?

drunkoski;643262 said:

Nope. If cam Newton can win the heisman than why should a drug test matter?

Lol well the heisman does give the best SEC player on the best team the trophy so I guess it doesn't matter
