"Chipster was winning before Cliff came to Oregon. He won with him as a Freshman who didn't play much and as a part time starter as a Sophomore. CH was suspended for the beginning of his Jr. season vs LSU for <b>[driving 118 mph w/ a suspended license while stoned in a car rented for him by a UO employee]</b> and reinstated as a backup for a couple games before being suspended indefinitely for a 2nd brush with the law for driving with a suspended license & not wearing his seat belt. He was released because he was busted with a small amount of marijuana in Fresno over the Thanksgiving holiday." <br /><br />You might add that the "brushes" w/ the law mentioned above are only those that occurred while at UO--he had many others prior to taking his act north.

I could have also added that Michael Floyd had two previous brushes with the law involving alcohol while at Notre Dame.
