I have noticed a lot of items for sale that are made from helmets, footballs, benches etc.<br /><br />What caught my eye is the cuff links and such...<br /><br /><br /><br />IMO this is awesome. For me it shows that someone figured out that this kind of small connection is valuble (finally). I was just happy to see that kind of thing available I guess...<br /><br />Maybe I am just enthusiastic about it for no reason...but for as much crap as I send their way, I think this was done in a good way and a step towards making the fans feels like a part of the expierence(?).

Would you guys rather have pieces of the old field, or pieces of the old benches?

It is all rather expensive stuff..plus I have plenty of bench splinters I have collected in my butt over the years at CMS..

I have a large piece of turf from the time we installed grass, supposedly the turf circa The Play. It's about 2' x 6' and I think it cost under $50. The stuff for sale now is almost prohibitive, but the cuff links are new so maybe there's some smaller stuff I would consider.

Can I have the part of the turf where Dave Barr became Dave Barf????
