Benedict Lupoi has split, who's the new recruiter - Tim Tebow? Tiny Tim? Some member of the Milano family? - folks, you need to do some damage control here - get your fat asses of dead center and go to work and clean up this mess!!! - there is work to be done and you've gone underground!!!

My guess is that is what they are doing as we speak. A major press conference or release that magnifies the seriousness of the situation would not look very good to the current commitments or those still on the fence.<br /><br />Let them play this out as they see fit. I know that we all think we are the experts, but they have much more information than we do.<br /><br />As for a recruiter, if I recall correctly, one of the positives of hiring Marcus Orroyo was that he was a very strong recruiter. I may be wrong, but that rings a bell to me.<br /><br />I would suspect that the coaching staff is extremely busy right now doing the damage control in terms of speaking with the recruits (if they are allowed to right now) and assuring them that their decision to come to Cal is still the right choice, and talking to the ones still deciding.

I happen to believe that Cal family means something, and I would rather stop insulting those who have chosen to be at Cal.
