Would sark take da raiders call? Al wanted him before Lame...will Mark Davis call him? That would be funny if the dogs lost him at this point. Kind of like an italian cruise ship captain.

The Raiders aren't calling Sark, gimme a break. There is not a tremendous market for .500 coaches who get owned by what was their biggest rival, Oregon. With the new hires at UCLA, WSU and the Zonas, Sark is arguably the least accomplished and least respected coach in the conference, which explains why his recruiting class is so bad. So, no, Sark's not going to be getting any calls from the Raiders or any other NFL team.

The St. Louis Rams also called and this year and wanted to interview Sark for the vacant head coaching position. Sark turned it down.

Well Looper, I agree with you. However, the fact still remains that in the process of hiring a new coach the Rams did call and ask to interview Sark. Sark declined the interview. <br /><br />He was also rumored to have been contacted by UCLA for their head coaching position. He turned them down as well.

One thing that I am sure of is that Al Davis won't be calling Sark.
