Chandler was apparently an offensive coordinator in the UFL, as well as coaching WR in the NFL for several years.<br /><br />He's been coaching at FBU with Collins more recently, so, lots of contacts with the kids he will be recruiting.

No, he didn't turn into a world beater, but he did improve.

I'm certain this guy can call plays at least as well as the guy he's replacing. This is a good hire. He has the pedigree to be a coach who could rise to OC (heck, the guy has more experience than Dorrell had when he took the UCLA HC job, and people thought that was an awesome hire at the time) Plenty of things to criticize JT about, this hire isn't one of them.
