Apparently, the perpetrator's name is Brian Downing, and he lives in Lee County, Alabama, which is a few miles from rival Auburn's campus.<br /><br />He is 32 and a graduate of the University of Alabama.<br /><br />He was a manager of a sports store, but has since been fired because of this incident.<br /><br />He is married with a three-month old child.<br /><br />He turned himself in to New Orleans police today, and is being charged with sexual battery.

I disagree.
