Oklahoma State (BCS 2011, #3 in country)
Arkansas (BCS 2011)
TCU (BCS 2010 #2 in country, 11-2 in 2011)
Wisconsin (BCS 2011, Rose Bowl)
Nebraska (Top 25)

The list could go on...

Answer is, obvious right?
All teams that Cal out recruited after all is said and done. We won't know the real winners and losers until 2-4 years from now...but let's be proud of the Bears that did commit, and let's forget the past and move on!

How about Stanford until this year. You need to pick the right guys for your program and coach them-up. Just look at Furd the several years.

and believe in. Harbaugh didn't say, "Hey, I've got the best QB in the country. I'm going full spread and throwing it 50 times a game." He stuck to his Michigan/Bo Schembechler roots and played smash-mouth/play action football. As we've said 100 times before we're not sure what system Tedford believes in anymore. Hard to recruit to that.

A lot of those teams have had great QBs over that time too. If Kline is as good as Luck, Moore, Weeden, or Dalton, then we have a legit shot to make a BCS game.

Yep. That noted, special teams and OL are our other glaring areas of needed improvement.
