Last I heard about 1500 or half.If so, perhaps the section should have been smaller with the ability to sell more F HH type seats since people seem willing to pay that.

I would think if you haven't done ESP now, it is unlikely a huge number of people will come forward to fill the vacancy in the future. There need to be a creative plan to fill these seats.i.e. move some ESP people to better seats and try to move people from H or FF in with a lower seat price.

Website says 70% of the field/stadium levels are committed. University level... much less committed.

There is no way I would voluntarily trade my seats in F (hopefully under the new pressbox overhang) for field-level ESP seats, even at the same price.

What row in F? How many rows are covered?

I see LodeBear is also in F, row 46.

Can't imagine a great view there even with a lowered field. But who knows.

Not sure how many rows are going to end up covered. I went to the lookout vista on the east rim after one of the softball games last weekend and first noticed it. Then after I bought I saw the slide for the article titled "Memorial Stadium Seat Selection Underway" at Calbears.com You can also see a different depiction inside that article.

Everything I've seen, live and on the website, seems to indicate that the overhang will extend to somewhere near the "reverse L" shaped disabled person landing area in section HH. I used that as my guide, and bought "above it" somewhere in the mid-40's of F so I'm hopeful that my days of wearing full rain gear to watch the Bears are behind me!

No problem. I'm in 44, 45, or 46, just can't remember exactly off the top of my head 'cause I was looking at different options when I was in there. If I remember correctly I came up with a rough estimate that I thought the top 9 rows had a good chance to be covered, if that helps. Don't remember now how low I thought that went, except I based it on the numeber of ESP rows above the "reverse L" landing. Just log in and look at the "reverse L" thing and then move over to your row. If you're above the landing part (not the tunnel) you're in an area I thought might be covered. Anyway I'm just hoping at this point, nothing confirmed.
