What will be the best option for buying tickets for the OH St game? Will Cal have a block of visitor tix available? Am I better off going directly through OSU ticket office? Looks like they start at about $150 on Stubhub right now, which actually does't sound too ridiculous.

You can buy through the Cal ATO. Single game and road tickets went on sale to donors and season ticket holders starting in July last year, so I assume the same schedule would hold this year. After donors and season ticket holders, they opened it up to the general public.

Depends on your game requirements - good seats, or good company. I always choose good company sitting with Bears in the end zones or nosebleeds (or both, depending on what the home team allocates). If you want good seats, Stub Hub is your best bet.
