I'll admit I know nothing about this type of stuff, but why wouldn't radio be somehow in the same jurisdiction as the PAC-12's conference's TV rights? I guess most every PAC-12 team will benefit from this contract sooner or later, but it seems like the rich get richer and the poor stay poorer. Are these revenues shared across the conference?

I think this is just an extension of their current deal with 710 AM, which is an ESPN Radio affiliate. Looks like ESPN Radio is starting to dabble in the syndication of college games (not just a national game of the week, but actual teams). Not sure if it's the same type of deal we have with IMG. Again, something another expert here can chime in on.
