I'm not trying encourage betting but I find it interesting (during this slow period) to take a look at the games ahead. The touchdown underdog to Utah surprises me a little. If Cal can win the games that they are favored in and upset Utah and Stanford that would be a 9 win season.

We're playing away and Utah is the trendy pick for most likely Southern division challenger to USC. I can see why we're the underdogs.

Now you can see way many of us are saying 7-5 this year. Cal will blow one to an underdog (probably WSU) and upset a favorite (hopefully, Stanford).

Based on these spreads, it's predicting a really close stretch.

Are we going to be able to win the close ones? 3 of the 5 games listed here are at home so maybe we'll have a leg up there.

It seems like weeks 6-10 is going to indicate how our season goes.

Based on those predictions, I see plenty of "upsets" (if you can call it that) by Cal and I'm not drinking Kool-Aid either.

just curious but does anyone else have trouble viewing CGB pages in Chrome? It makes the whole page Blue for some reason.

Those lines look about right although I could see the Stanford and WSU lines moving quite a bit. I'm not too confident in us winning at Pulman this year.

I am very confident about our game against WSU.
