And his speculation that the Bears could surprise if the OL pulls it together and gives ZM the protection he needs to perform. What did I miss?

Good to hear from him, but nothing really new:

Strength is in the defensive front. Question marks on OL and QB.

New CMS will take stress off of some players not having to worry about scheduling workouts and time constraints. Will definitely help in bringing in recruits on the fence.
