Besides switching from windbreaker to full down jacket he needs to do what George did in one episode. George had an epiphany: he knew that every decision he had ever made up to that point was wrong so he decided to do the opposite of whatever he would normally do. You guys (and Tedford) can thank me later. This is brilliant and it could just about save our season and Tedford's career.

Yeah, that was (as always) brilliant. And yes, Tedford should just do the opposite. Play the young phenoms, pass when he usually runs, play more than one quarterback, go for it on fourth or fake a punt or FG, make position changes to shore up weaknesses, just go crazy.
On a somewhat related note, one of the things that made "Seinfeld" so successful is that even though Jerry Seinfeld was nominally the star of the show, he was not afraid to hire and cast people who were funnier than him (and MUCH better actors) and let them have the spotlight and upstage him. As Seinfeld progressed over the years--more and more shows really featured the misadventures of George, Elaine and Kramer. Jerry Seinfeld just got rich.
Just my impression, but Tedford seems to need to be the guy in control, the smartest guy in the room.
