Why Tedford will not be able to bring the program back

I was thinking about Bellotti and Oregon, Bellotti had suffered through 2 or 3 sub par seasons. Cal under Tedford was nipping at USC's heels.

Bellotti did not let his ego get in the way he knew he had to do something dramatic and he went out brought in Chip Kelly, gave Kelly complete control of the offense, which Kelly totally changed and, boom Oregon is now the top team in the pac 12 and Cal continues down the road to mediocrity.

I just can't see Tedford doing the same thing. And its very obvious something dramatic needs to be done to revive the program. Tedford has been good for Cal but alas it is time to move on.
