I have sort of been going back and forth about JT and whether he should step aside/be asked to step aside ..
I was using this season to make my final determination and after the last two weeks, it is a no brainer.
I thought maybe after all the distractions of getting the facility up to par JT might be able to prove that he is the coach we wanted.
He has not .. tough for the person that has to do this, but anyone who has been a manager has been there .. the best thing for a failed employee is a change .. my experience (from both sides, I was fired once) is that it is not only best for the organization, but also for the employee ..
there is a person on the East Coast by way of IL that also needs to be fired, but that is a really contentious issue :rant
