Excited about the new coaching search. Obviously lots will go into it, and it will take time, so I just took a few minutes to make a quick list with links of video of potential head coaches. X's and O's and records matter most, but so does personality, and who you could see running the program, starting a new era, and recruiting to young men. So with these clips in mind, who would make a dynamic new coach?

I know I left a few out, and in no way can you watch a couple of clips and get a full impression of a guy...but still interesting to look at and think of- after watching a few moved up my list a little. A few moved down.

My top 3 still remain my top 3. Petersen, Strong, Franklin (he will be the hardest pull imo). One of these guys would be a homerun.
