Hold on Furdie...are you actually being serious? You posted in this thread TWICE...TWICE trying to defend Kwame Harris.

According to my friend, the real story is more complex. His boyfriend has a problem with substance abuse and repeatedly puts Kwame in difficult situations. Kwame usually looks like the bad guy even though he is a model citizen. All of the facts will soon be revealed at trial.
Read this again: Harris, 6-foot-7 and 240 pounds, then
pinned the 6-foot-1, 220-pound Geier against a plate glass window and
hit him several times in the face and head, Serrato said.
When is this ever justified? No matter what the other person has done, you do not just "pin him against a plate glass window" and "hit him several times in the face and head." Period. Our country is governed by a rule of Law, and according to the Law, a model citizen does not pin someone against a plate glass window and hit him several times in the face and head. Even if someone has committed a crime, no matter how heinous, the appropriate course of action is to go through our Judicial System, and not by hitting him several times in the face and head. Please, StanRedrum, wake up.
