Has anyone seen this Mike Rice guy? He is the coach at rutgers for Men's BBall.

This is insane! Why any kid would want to play for this coach is fu#%ing amazing. Montgomery's shove seems like a love tap compared to what this a-hole has been doing to his players. Blows my mind.

what a shitball this guy is. Gotta love, toward the end of the video, after he fires a ball at one of his players he turns and there is a student-trainer/grad-assistant right there handing him another ball. Classic.

They are brutal no doubt but whomever singled out Texas might not know that the ABT is modeled after the first Aryan Brotherhood which had it beginnings in California in the 60s....started at San Quentin. So California was the birthplace. All this stuff whether Black, Hispanic or Caucasion are all brutal murdering bastards. MS-13 is probably the most violent brutal gangs around.

Very true. I wish MS-13 would visit this now disgraced and terminated coach. How was this allowed to happen? Sickening. I want the AD out too.

I'm surprised it took this long for the reports to come out. Once again, as with the Penn St scandal, the administrators did diddly squat until the media exposed the involved people for the monsters they are.

I think the AD and whoever in the administration viewed the practice video are in trouble. The coach should have been fired immediately and because he wasn't the people in power really have to go. I'll bet the politicians will be all over this. It's low hanging fruit that they won't be able to resist. Oh, and btw, it is the right thing to do. The stuff the AD said in defending the coach was shameful.

The AD, Pernetti, should be fired as well. He saw the videotapes in December and instead of firing coach Rice he got rid of the assistant coach, Murdock. Now Rutgers is probably afraid that if they fire Pernetti they will be admitting that the Murdock firing was unjustified and will have to pay damages. Time to end the cover up, pay up and clean house.

Especially after reports that the AD was reassessing the situation and now hemming and hawing as far as what to do about the coach. Not much to reassess in my opinion. Or does this guy have some dirt on the AD???

I don't....but I can say with a high degree of confidence that Monty is NOT hurling bballs at his player's heads nor calling them faggots. I don't need to sit in on one of his practices to figure that one out. Sandy has done well so far on her coaching hires and I highly doubt a Rice type coach would slip through the cracks.
