Don't post or say anything during or immediately after a game. Head coaches are paid PC types. They usually can go into coach speak right after a game and not hurt themselves. Assistants, eh, not so much. Put a microphone in their face right after a game and you might get what Aliotti gave us: off the cuff remarks spoken in almost the heat of the battle.

Whatever Nick. You're lucky you're the DC for a team with one of the greatest offenses in college football history. Shutup, cash your hugely inflated pay check and be glad you are two deep all of the field with great players that you get to play ok defense. I sure there are a lot of coaches that would love to complain about a losing team and be in Nick's shoes. Come on Nick. You have one of the best teams in the nation. Maybe Nick wanted to get home early because he had a promise.

Chip Kelly was a straight shooter and seemed to harbor some sort of disdain for the media. He conducted press conferences like they were some kind of chore. At the same time, we never heard a peep from any of Oregon's assistants while he was HC.

Things must be different under Helfrich.

One thing - Wazzou's pass-happy spread is pretty good. But of course that's just a WAC offense, right...?
