#BearRaid 7 points in three quarters against the UW first team defense that was lit up by ASU last week. We may get another TD against their 2nd team when Kline finally gets to play. This is just awful that Sonny doesn't try something different. Sure some details change. But you have to try something very risky, like putting Kline in early. It ain't even that risky.

Wow....another receiver with a career day against the Bears. Teams must just look forward to playing us.

can someone explain to me the defensive philosophy behind putting your worst DBs on the top WR on 3rd and long. This has been 2 weeks of this now. And don't tell me Cal has no other DBs. Willis does a better job of covering than either Lee or Lapite but he is nowhere to be found in these situations. We also have CB Cameron Walker playing safety and Drew is sitting the bench. If we had Drew or Gibson playing safety, Walker could move back to safety and cover these WRs. Walker is good enough to do that. Walker is way too small to be a safety and they should not be trying to convert him.
