What do you mean travesty? Goff got the freshman passing record didn't he? Another great talking point for TFS. Frosh passing record against tough BCS conference schedule. Target market mostly doesn't know or care about Cal football, so minor failures in other areas can be dismissed as intrinsic to Cal.
