I have been waiting for the DC announcement like anyone else and have been following Twitter. All I can tell is that Marcus Griffin apparently liked free candy - hopefully he really sees just how much a Cal education can mean to his life - as it has meant to many of us. As to Vic Enwere I really like this kid - his twitter shows a kid who apparently appreciates his visit and the opportunity to be a Bear. He and Rubenzer seem to be our best allies with these other recruits. Also like the in home visit to try and nab Shay fields - saw an Instagram pic with Tre Watson encouraging Fields to be a Bear. With everything that is wrong with the program these little things give me at least some hope that we can still get the right kind of kid to Berkeley. It's then up to the coaching staff and administration to keep them there and for us fans to remain supportive and loyal.
