Go Broncos!

(Yes, Missy Franklin is only a few inches shorter than Peyton Manning.)

They'd be the same height if Peyton's forehead wasn't 8 inches long

Finally going to Vereen. Now they're going to win.

Oh come on, it's only like... half his total face height.

There's been a few analysts who say Vereen is the secret weapon, i.e., if he goes off Pats will win.

BTW, the NYC Boston bar (Professor Thom's) is right next door to the NYC San Francisco one (Finnerty's). That block is a rockin'!

Those were the good old days. Liked them better than the hipsters. At least they were productive.

A friend who is over there reported that it's insane. Crowds overflowing onto the sidewalk on 2nd Ave. It's nuts. Consider that it's about 35 degrees out.

I am glad I bet the under .....

Remember when betting totals, you are a winner until it goes over .....

Nice hard run by Shane

Where would the Pats be without Shane?

Well Denver is kicking ass. Good for Peyton coming back from multiple neck surgeries to lead a new team to glory.

CJ hasn't touched the ball since November. No way he'll get a touch in the Super Bowl.

Brady has been awful. Wonder if he is still under the weather?

How many are stoned at this one? Tailgating takes on a whole new meaning in Colorado these days. Wish I was there. Vereen massively underutilized all season.

He's been bad and the Patriots pass defense minus Talib is no match for Manning.

well, running Vereen into the line on a 2 point try? Not a good idea.

They used vereen a lot this year

Problem was he was hurt for pretty much 2/3 of the year but he is easily their best WR

Well, he's not a wide receiver; he's a 3rd down back but considering Brady was throwing to Hernandez, Gronk and Welker last year and the Austin Collies of the world today then-yes, Shane has become a valuable piece

Shane Vereen is not a 3rd down back.. Maybe he was but he was constantly leading the patriots in targets for multiple games and is the most dynamic RB the patriots have.

Just wanted to say he wasn't under utilized as was mentioned earlier

He is definitely a third down back or situational back if you prefer that. This isn't an insult; he's a big piece of their arsenal but his primary use is as a receiver. He was third in the team in receptions despite being hurt but even when he was healthy he didn't get as many carries as Ridley or Blount

Brady did a nice job in the post game interview. Grade: A

"3rd down back" is a misnomer.
