Also a little push is 15 yards? The NFL showing the two hardest NFL teams can be treated like sissies.

That is even more reason to move those calls to the booth.

If safety is so important, it should not be left to people who might have their head turned.

It's easily the most inconsistently officiated penalty in the game today, and it's basically the NFL's fault for forcing the refs to "emphasize" personal foul calls. If they are going to be made with this frequency, then they should be reviewable, otherwise they can ruin a well-played game.

a couple of times in various games it seemed the offensive player caused the helmet hit.

if helmet hits are illegal why not soften the helmet and make it less likely to hit with it.
