If we look dispassionately (hard for us die-hard Bear fans to do I know) at the truth... the team disintegrated under Tedford and clearly is lacking in talent and drive. I think I agree with trying to clear out the cancerous malaise of the end of JT's term, but I worry that it could, believe it or not, get worse before it gets better. I pray I am wrong... but we'll find out soon enough. Sonny will NEED that 3rd ranked Pac-12 class to have a shot at changing my mind.

Tags is the only one that I agree with. The rest of the players were starters and would've gotten playing time for sure and I think you have totally ignored their contributions because they're largely masked by our greater spectre of a terrible, terrible last season.
